hey, if you carry your health card, you can have the donor label printed on it...if you renew your health card, they will give u something like a donor's card to fill in, then you will be in the database.
I just renewed my health card not long ago and no, they didn't give me anything!?!Probably they x-ray me and found nothing good inside me ><~Isn't that sad....
